Open and close the store following Lux procedures
Support the team on the sales floor and provide excellent customer service
Assist with training, coaching, and guiding sales associates
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually strong store environment
Help restock inventory, manage backroom organization, and prepare new arrivals
Handle cash registers, returns/exchanges, and daily paperwork
Drive sales goals and uphold Lux customer experience standards
Confident communicator with leadership potential
Reliable, responsible, and comfortable handling keys + store security
Strong customer service and retail floor awareness
Fashion-minded with good personal style
Able to work a fast-paced environment and multitask
Prior retail experience required
